# Operanex

> Belgian technical consulting company based in Brussels, with a team in Mexico. Operanex takes the relay on a company's technology: new products built from scratch, existing systems kept running and improved, AI adoption, automation, cloud infrastructure. ## What Operanex does

- Technical consulting: a 45 minute call, then a short written note on what is solid, what is fragile and what to do first.

- Someone who stays: a technical lead a few days a month until the client's team can take over.

## Cloud and infrastructure expertise

Operanex builds on the client's existing cloud and integrates with what is already there: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean and Scaleway. Infrastructure as code with Terraform, OpenTofu or SST. Monitoring, backups, security and an SRE on call.

## Frequently asked questions

- What does "taking the relay" actually mean? You hand us something that has to move: a system that must keep running, a product to build from scratch, a decision nobody dares to make. We take it, we make it work, and we hand it back to your team with what they need to keep going.
- Is it only about old systems? No. Half of our work starts from a blank page: a new product, a new tool, a first AI feature. The other half improves what already exists. And sometimes the right move is to build nothing, and we tell you that too.
- Who is this for? Companies of 20 to 250 people where technology matters but is not the core business. Leaders who need it to work more than they need to understand every detail.
- How does it start? A forty-five minute call, no slides. A few days later you receive a short written note: what is solid, what is fragile, what we would do first. Then, only if you want to, a map, a sprint, or someone who stays.
- Do you work on our existing cloud? Yes. We build on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean and Scaleway, and we plug into what is already there rather than moving you somewhere else.
- What happens when you leave? Nothing stops. Everything we touched is documented, running and owned by your team. If you want us to stay a few days a month, we can, but you never depend on it.
- Where and in which languages do you work? From Brussels and from Mexico, in English, French and Spanish, on site when it helps and remotely the rest of the time.
